This two-story 31,548 sf project consisted of the renovation of a 1906 vintage building in the downtown area. A large part of this project included reviews by the Yellowstone Historic Preservation Society and the City Building Department for compliance to a “change in use”. Limited exterior changes occurred but pointing of brick, new period downspouts, lined gutters, and new alley windows will be replaced to match the original architecture. This historic building offered many natural design features preserved in raw form.

The historic Goings Hotel in Gillette, Wyoming underwent an extensive storefront restoration, as well as a new branding & interior design of the 7,350 sf restaurant and lounge. Included in the remodel is a 4-season patio addition to complement the exterior. The building was stripped to the studs and all systems replaced- HVAC, Electrical, Fire Alarm and sprinkler added, including a new full commercial kitchen. The patio addition provides a less formal atmosphere with TV’s & custom fireplace.
