This project includes 32 units of 2, 3 and 4 bedroom apartments. Site amenities include an adjacent park area with playground equipment, gardens and landscaped areas as well as screened parking areas sensitive to neighborhood scope and use of materials. The ‘green’ components of the buildings include engineered lumber, fly ash concrete, water-efficient landscaping, dimmable lighting, motion sensor switching, on-site recycle of construction materials, vented range and bath fans and recyclable carpets. Special care has been taken to provide all ground level units accessibility. Full accessibility has been provided to more than the required minimum, and the other ground level units are designed to be easily adaptable with simple revisions to kitchens and toilets.
