This landmark architecture is sided adjacent the Dickinson Veteran Memorial. Central to the 3,483 sf is a multi-purpose assembly room for over 100 people with an adjacent serving kitchen. In addition, interior restrooms & meditation spaces are included. This project represents “deep meaning” evoking a strong sense of emotion, strength, confidence, power and permanence in honor of our Veterans.

Parkview Village Multi-Family Apartments

Parkview Village consists of 20 units of 1, 2 and 3 bedroom apartments overlooking a city park in Sidney, with 15% of the units fully accessible. The project utilizes the following components: low flow plumbing fixtures, ceiling fans, low/no paint and adhesives, local availability of products, 90%+ efficiency furnaces. Energy Star appliances and programmable thermostats. Each unit has one covered parking space with an additional uncovered space. Each unit has their own washer/dryer and an outdoor patio/deck.

MHA Tribal Headquarters

This 41,400 sf facility was commissioned by the Three Affiliated Tribes, Mandan, Hidatsa and Arikara as the new headquarters for the tribal government. This building commands a spectacular view of Lake Sakakawea and the natural resources the earth-dwelling tribes are known for. The space provides for the Tribal Chair operations, tribal chambers, and segment offices. Central mail, security and ancillary functions are also included. The building also provides design for a government support facility to house the BIA offices of the Ft. Berthold Reservation for the Federal Government.

OXY, Inc. Office Building

This 21,043 sf office building includes 38 offices, multiple conference rooms, large multi-purpose room and server room used to monitor several well sites. This site also has the capability to immediately expand an additional 5,600 sf without any additional equipment or infrastructure.

Wright Recreation Center

This project includes a 24,050 sf addition to the existing gym, and a new 8,190 sf natatorium. The new addition provides new workout areas, aerobic and dance rooms, as well as separate locker rooms for the School District’s use of the facility.

Whitetail Run Multi-Family Apartments

This project includes 32 units of 2, 3 and 4 bedroom apartments. Site amenities include an adjacent park area with playground equipment, gardens and landscaped areas as well as screened parking areas sensitive to neighborhood scope and use of materials. The ‘green’ components of the buildings include engineered lumber, fly ash concrete, water-efficient landscaping, dimmable lighting, motion sensor switching, on-site recycle of construction materials, vented range and bath fans and recyclable carpets. Special care has been taken to provide all ground level units accessibility. Full accessibility has been provided to more than the required minimum, and the other ground level units are designed to be easily adaptable with simple revisions to kitchens and toilets.

Wyoming Orthopedic & Rehabilitation Institute (WORI)

This two story, 41,300 sf medical facility houses an orthopedic clinic, an ambulatory surgery center, a physical therapy rehabilitation center and a sports medicine center. The functions include a large number of treatment and exam rooms, administration offices, x-ray and MRI, large rehabilitation work out areas and a pool.

Campbell County Public Health

This new 22,600 sf facility replaced an aging building that no longer meets the needs of the Public Health Dept. The striking facade is a combination of steel and brick juxtaposed in composition, easily identifiable to the public and comfortable to visit. Designers were in tune with the control of public circulation within the space and provided generous reception, waiting and children’s areas for the public. Occupant comfort was a priority in designing the facility providing high ceilings and radiant heating/cooling in the floor systems.

Last Chance Pub & Cider Mill

This two-story 31,548 sf project consisted of the renovation of a 1906 vintage building in the downtown area. A large part of this project included reviews by the Yellowstone Historic Preservation Society and the City Building Department for compliance to a “change in use”. Limited exterior changes occurred but pointing of brick, new period downspouts, lined gutters, and new alley windows will be replaced to match the original architecture. This historic building offered many natural design features preserved in raw form.

Bethlehem Lutheran Church

Through the church campaign “All Are Welcome”, Bethlehem Lutheran Church is providing a fully-accessible facility through this 1,100 sf addition and remodel project. The new accessible entry will access the building from under an overhead drop-off canopy and grade level spacious lobby. Access to the lower level fellowship hall and access to the main floor sanctuary is provided with a double-sided elevator.
