Wright Recreation Center

Project Description

This project is a 24,050 sf addition to the existing gym, and includes new a 8,190 sf natatorium. The new addition provides new workout areas, aerobic and dance rooms, as well as separate locker rooms for the School District’s use of the facility. This project was delivered through the Construction Manager at Risk (CMAR) process. New parking lot, site work and utilities were included in this project. Building construction consists of load bearing masonry and steel stud structure.

Wyoming Center at Cam-plex

Project Description

This community event center completed in 2008 has a seating capacity of up to 9,500 plus options to subdivide the floor area and mezzanine by large movable wall systems to accommodate up to 3 large events at once. “Flexibility in use of space” was a large component of the project scope. Even the Lobby/Entry area can be subdivided for smaller events. The building includes a large commercial kitchen for in-house events. The east end of the building includes a hockey/ice skating facility which can be dismantled for extra floor space when required. This project was completed through the Construction Management at Risk (CMAR) process.

Campbell County Public Health

Project Description

Funded by money from the State Lands and Investment Board (SLIB) The new facility on 4-J Road in Gillette replaces an aging building that no longer meets the needs of the Public Health Dept. Quest and mandate to serve the needs of a growing county. The striking facade is a combination of steel and brick juxtaposed in an iconic composition, easily identifiable to the public and comfortable to visit.

Heart Mountain Interpretive Center

Project Overview

Size: 10,980 sf
Cost: $5.5m
Completion: August 2011

Project Description

With the second Phase of work completed, this $5.5m interpretive learning center at the site of a former internment camp now is ready for the final interior finish and installation of all learning inter-active exhibits. The project has received a $282,000 grant from the National Park Service to study and preserve this site where nearly 14,000 Japanese-Americans were detained during World War II.
