Last Chance Pub & Cider Mill

This two-story project, involving a 31,548 sq ft, 1906 vintage building was developed for 2 phases. A large part of this project included reviews by the Yellowstone Historic Preservation Society and the City Building Department for compliance to a “change in use.”

Wyoming Center at Camplex

This community event center completed in 2008 has a seating capacity of up to 9,500 plus options to subdivide the floor area and mezzanine by large movable wall systems to accommodate up to 3 large events at once. "Flexibility in use of space" was a large component of the project scope.

Yellowstone County Jail Expansion
